These rollers are essentially semi-refrigerated rollers, but the graphite in them is spherical rather than shell and sheet-shaped. Naming these rollers is based on the existence of spherical graphite and carbides in the perlite ground. Due to its high hardness and surface, good abrasive resistance and sturdy arms, it is widely used in the production of lightweight sections such as rebar. The softer types have perlitic ground with ferrite surrounded by spherical graphites. The amount of carbide in the structure of harder grades is better than soft grades. These rollers are also well-used in light and semi-heavy sections and sheet rolling. All these rollers are manufactured in a single layer static method.<\/p>\n
