These rollers have higher hardness and abrasive resistance than perlite refrigeration rollers and are capable of achieving high hardness. These rollers have more alloying material than perlite rollers and as a result, these rollers have a bainite ground with more carbide and martensite in harder grades. Very good abrasive resistance and excellent surface make these rollers very suitable for use in rebar rolling intermediate and final stand and sections and sheets. According to its high hardness and good abrasive resistance and tough arms, these rollers can be used in light sections and in a wide range of other applications. All these rollers are manufactured in a single layer static method.<\/p>\n
